What we collect
When you send a project enquiry we may collect your name, email, phone, project type, date, location, and the details you write in the message. We also receive standard server logs such as IP address and browser type.
How we use it
We use enquiry details to reply, quote, and deliver work. We do not sell your contact information. Client photo and video files are stored in private cloud delivery spaces for the project they belong to.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept as long as needed to run the project and for reasonable business records. You can ask us to update or delete contact details by emailing hello@ymstudio.io.
